The forced circulation evaporator is ideal for concentrating high-viscosity products such as fruit pastes (tomato paste, peach paste, apricot paste, etc.), while the falling film evaporator is suitable for concentrating low-viscosity products like fruit juices and milk.
Gofun offers a range of evaporators tailored to different capacities, including single-effect, double-effect, triple-effect, and multi-effect evaporators for diverse projects. The evaporating capacity can be tailored to meet customer requirements, ranging from 1000L to 35000L per hour.
Falling Film Evaporator
In tubular falling film evaporation, the liquid is introduced into the upper pipe box of the heating chamber in the falling film evaporator. It is evenly dispersed into the heat exchange tubes via a liquid distributor, creating a uniform film that flows downward under the influence of gravity and air movement. As the liquid flows, it is heated and vaporized by the heating medium on the outer shell, leading to the formation of steam.
The resulting steam and remaining liquid phase enter the evaporator's separation chamber, where the vapor and liquid phases are effectively separated. Subsequently, the secondary steam and the concentrated liquid are discharged separately.
